Itamar Goldminz is the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Hyperscience, the world’s first Software-Defined, Input-to-Outcome Automation Platform used by the global 2000s and government organizations around the world. With over 16 years of relevant experience, Itamar has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in talent management, organizational development, and performance management. At Hyperscience, Itamar is responsible for redesigning career ladders, cross-functional goal setting, upgrading the talent management platform, implementing a performance management program, developing a manager development program, and establishing IC peer circles. He is a strategic thinker who is passionate about developing people and systems in support of the organization's shared mission. Prior to his current role, Itamar worked as a Principal Consultant at OrgHacking, where he provided consulting, advisory, and coaching services to solve human puzzles. He developed both people and systems in support of the organization's shared mission. His sample engagements included a distributed work strategy and change roadmap for a challenger bank, leadership team cohesion and operating rhythm for a business unit of an F100 tech company, and an org-wide belonging & connection day-long virtual event for an environmental non-profit, among others. Itamar also worked as a Sr. Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, where he ran an accelerator program for early-stage start-ups building innovative People Technologies. As part of the program, companies had structured interactions with groups of 4-8 People leaders in mid-to-large scale organizations, soliciting product feedback, market insights, and business advice. Itamar holds a BS in Economics and Physics from Tel Aviv University. He is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a passionate leader who is always looking for ways to improve himself and those around him.
