Izaz Alchiya is a highly motivated and independent individual with a passion for social change and creating a sustainable environment for future generations. With a strong background in SQL development and business analysis, Izaz has extensive experience in data analysis using SQL and Python. He is constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and skills in programming languages, including Advance SQL, Python, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, and ASP.net. Currently working as a Shift Supervisor at Firehouse Subs, Izaz has demonstrated his ability to improve sales records by 20% through Lean Strategy and analyzed sales to ensure a healthy profit. He has also shown his team corporation skills by working in a high-pressure environment. Prior to his current role, Izaz worked as a Database Developer at Conifer Labs, where he designed and deployed data table structures, store procedures, and queries. He also created databases for POS software and improved data recovery and retrieval through advanced SQL queries. Izaz developed and maintained database store procedures, views, and functions for hosted software and applications. He also used Tableau software to generate reports from SQL procedures based on business objectives. Izaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uka Tarsadia University and completed a program in Information Technology Business Analysis from Conestoga College.
