Sudhir's previous experience includes working as a Technical Support Engineer at Verizon, where he answered and triaged requests for assistance, configured LAN and WAN for residential and business customers, troubleshooted and fixed Wi-Fi issues, and configured email server settings. He utilized phone systems and network tools to remotely fix technical issues and managed support tickets. Sudhir holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Institutions (GNI). His tech stack includes software engineering, Java, AI, CNN, neural networks, and backend development. He is a problem solver and is known to handle the most challenging issues with ease.
