Jack Villiers is a leadership coach, facilitator, entrepreneur, and people leader with a passion for building people-centric, values-driven, and high-performing cultures. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive-level people leadership roles, Jack has a proven track record of scaling businesses and developing successful teams. Jack is an advisor and coach to founders and executives, and has founded a successful People Experience, Conscious Leadership, and ED&I consultancy. He has also led technology talent acquisition for JUST EAT and joined Monzo when they were just 100 people, building, leading, and developing a talent team of 20+ and scaling the business to over 1200 people in just 18 months. Currently, Jack is the Interim Head of People at incident.io, a company building a single way for companies to respond, review, and learn when things go wrong in a calm, collected, and organized manner. Prior to this, he served as an Advisor for Anansi Technology Ltd, a company building zero admin insurance products for ecommerce merchants, and as the People Director (via KULA) for FitXR, a fitness technology company working at the cutting edge of virtual reality. Jack is a speaker on people and talent and holds an ILM Level Certificate/Diploma in Effective Coaching & Mentoring from the British School of Coaching. He is a father of two and enjoys music and food.
