Jagjeet Singh is a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer with a passion for creating products and experiences that people love to use. With 2.34 years of relevant experience, he has a creative problem-solving approach and is able to take ideas from concept to wireframes and prototypes. Currently working at magicbricks as a Senior User Experience Designer, Jagjeet is responsible for conceptualizing and defining design strategies that support customer needs and business goals. He is skilled in aligning design strategy with business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility. He works with Design, Research, Program Management, and Engineering teams to deliver elegant and engaging end-to-end user experiences across multiple omni channels and input modalities. Jagjeet also takes ownership and helps shape the product strategy and vision. Prior to joining magicbricks, Jagjeet worked as a Product Designer at smartcoin where he created and refined comprehensive UX user flows, workflows, and other communication collaterals for business-critical interactions. He also worked with users and product teams to test, evaluate, and iterate on product features. Jagjeet monitored and analyzed data to understand how well existing interfaces worked and where they broke down. He conducted research, user studies, and usability testing. Jagjeet also worked as a User Experience Designer at durianpay where he built experiences for Indonesian merchants and users by providing one-stop payment solutions. He collaborated with product managers to understand the product requirements and business goals and worked on enterprise products and the company website. Jagjeet holds a Master of Design degree in UX/UI from Chitkara University, which he will complete in January 2022. He is skilled in designer, test, research scientist, and product designer.
