•	Serve as a strategic recruitment partner to the Business Units such as Finance, Controllership, Corporate Planning, Global Tax, Global Treasury, Investor Relations, Global Commercial Services Group, Global Merchant Services, Communication and Learning Development.
•	Presented diverse pool of candidates in front of the hiring leaders while maintaining the slate requirements, also worked closely with D&I sourcing team and self-identified multiple diverse candidates. 
•	Developing the sourcing strategy for the overall business and adapt the approach with each posting's search, to increase applicant funnel and identify suitable candidates. 
•	Mine databases to identify potential candidates and screen (includes phone screen) and review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Responsible for sourcing candidates through various portals like Dice, Monster etc., and also search for passive candidates using the social and professional networks and attract talent through job postings
