Jagriti Pandey is a seasoned security specialist with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Currently, she serves as the Director of Governance at the Cloud Security Alliance Bangalore Chapter, where she manages 23+ clubs in Division C and D92. In this role, Jagriti is responsible for club growth, program quality, and providing support to the clubs. Her biggest satisfaction comes from seeing all the clubs achieve their goals and meet the needs of their members. Jagriti has also been instrumental in promoting this movement to a lot of corporate companies and helped them open new clubs in their campuses. Prior to her current role, Jagriti worked as a Senior Security Specialist at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where she played a key role in organizing and leading the first and biggest online conference, Coronation 2020, in Toastmasters for District 92 across Karnataka and Kerala. This event had around 1000 participants who actively participated in the event and made it a huge success. Jagriti's leadership skills were put to the test during this event, and it was a game-changer in her career. Jagriti also worked as a District Administration Manager at Toastmasters International, where she discovered her leadership skills and honed her unique style. She got an opportunity to talk to HRs, L&D, senior management, etc. of various firms and helped them understand the benefits of Toastmasters. Her greatest joy is being on stage and sharing her stories with people around her. Jagriti is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about her work and always strives for excellence. She is a Club President at Toastmasters and has been a part of the organization for many years.
