Jai Arora is a highly motivated and curious software engineer with a passion for learning new technologies and exploring various facets of life. With over 2 years of relevant experience, Jai has worked with a diverse range of languages and technologies, including Javascript, Typescript, Python, Node, Go, MongoDB, MySQL, S3, Redis, DynamoDb, ReactJS, Redux, Nx, Webpack, and Material UI. Currently, Jai works as a Software Developer at Times Internet, where he is responsible for developing real-time web applications in the video conferencing, collaboration tools, and live streaming domain using WebSockets, WebRTC, and HLS. He primarily works with Javascript, Typescript, Go, React, Redux, MUI, SASS, Nx, and Webpack to deliver high-quality solutions. Before joining Times Internet, Jai worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Squareboat, where he worked on building an influencer marketing platform. His responsibilities included creating responsive UI interfaces on the frontend in React, writing and integrating APIs as per client requirements in NestJS, with MongoDB for database, S3 for storage, and Redis for message broker. Additionally, he developed a social media post scheduler for the platform that automated the flow from approval of a creative between an influencer and a brand to when it goes live on social media. Jai has also worked as a Web Developer at Marksman Tech, where he developed an E-learning marketplace MVP using the MERN stack. Jai holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus, and has a strong skill set in software engineering, Javascript, Typescript, Redux, web development, Redis, MongoDB, UI, MySQL, Python, ReactJS, frontend, and mobile development.
