Jaiesh Jain is a highly motivated individual with a passion for Credit Risk and Strategy. He is currently a Summer Intern at JSW, where he is working on Logistics Management for Electric Vehicles as part of a two-member team. Jaiesh has explored and studied the logistic requirements of the company and the methods followed by existing Auto OEMs to fulfil them. He has also developed LogMe, a one-stop solution for processes like Vendor identification and evaluation, and analysis of logistics. Jaiesh has concluded with relevant proof that Coastal Logistics, although presently untouched, can prove to be lucrative in the coming future. Prior to his current role, Jaiesh was the Operations Head at Placement Unit, where he scheduled and regulated the recruitment processes of 50+ companies hiring students from the institution in the first semester. He facilitated accommodation and other hospitalities for all the panel members who visited the campus for the recruitment processes. Jaiesh ensured the availability of quality infrastructure to carry out processes like online tests and interviews. He also managed the first-ever formal internship drive for 750+ students, with over 30+ companies throughout the semester. Jaiesh has also worked as an Intern at Zinnov, where he assisted in the compilation of the Zones annual reports, which rank 15+ Service Providers in terms of their scalability and competency. He performed market research, data collection from primary and secondary sources, along with its sanitization and analysis. Jaiesh fabricated company profile presentations for 3 global firms based on a client request. Jaiesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is a highly skilled individual with 4.11 years of relevant experience.
