Jaikishan Dulani is a seasoned Product Manager with over 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. He has a strong background in solving real-life problems, ranging from autonomous book scanners to standardizing intercity bus travel in India. He is currently working as a Product Manager at House of Beauty, where he is responsible for product roadmap planning, product prioritization, and writing PRDs. Jaikishan has learned the basics of web development through his side projects and is well-versed in writing technical specs and requirements. He has also gained significant experience in market research and follows UX best practices religiously, as evidenced by his work at Boddess. His three work principles are clear communication, bias for action, and empathy. Outside of work, Jaikishan enjoys backpack traveling and exploring the ocean through surfing and diving. He lives a minimalistic life and can talk about the benefits of minimalism for hours. Before joining House of Beauty, Jaikishan was a Growth Manager for New Initiatives and Efficiency at Shuttl, where he was responsible for route planning and assessment, sales channel development, partnerships and alliances, and new initiatives for improving gross margin. He was also a Business Analyst at Shuttl, where he was a founding member of the intercity business vertical and was responsible for market research, go-to-market strategy, operational process setup, and ground staff management. Jaikishan holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from IIT and an Exchange Semester in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
