Jaikishan Khatri is a Talent Advisory professional with over 11 years of experience in TA Strategy, Technology, and Leadership Hiring. He is passionate about finding purpose-driven and crazy individuals who can solve problems using technology. Jaikishan started his career as an engineer and then moved to roles where he advises organizations on ways to find great talent and help talent make their next career move. He loves managing recruiters and has worked with passionate folks who believe in mining great talent. Jaikishan is known for his transparency and proactive communication style, delivering data-driven insights to business leaders. He specializes in technical and leadership hiring, stakeholder experience management, competency-based interviewing, and setting up recruiting processes. Currently, as Talent Acquisition Head for South Asia and Middle East at Levi Strauss & Co., Jaikishan is responsible for a gamut of TA activities, including strategy, manpower planning, recruiting operations, recruitment marketing, and employer branding. In his previous roles, he led recruiting efforts for software technology and product teams and served as HRBP for Engineering, product, and corporate functions. Jaikishan holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University. He also has a background in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Smt. Pusibai Tejraj Surana Jain MHSS and Surana Jain Vidhyalaya.
