Jaisa Ram is an experienced Frontend Developer with a strong background in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, ES6, ES7, HTML, and CSS. Currently, he is working as a Software Development Engineer II at Embibe, where he is building a web platform from scratch. Jaisa has over 5 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering and has worked with various companies in the past. Jaisa started his career as a Frontend Developer at Embibe, where he worked on ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He was a part of the team that implemented the most useful module (Test, Practice) for B2C users with configurable UI from the backend. He also restructured and re-architected the complete Front End Platform as per future compatibility and reusability (CRA guideline). Jaisa created reusable components using styled-components and Flagger lib (using React context API) to manage UI configuration (component visibility) as per backend API response. He transformed most of the class components (HOC) into functional components using React hooks to solve the wrapper hell issue and reuse the logic across multiple components. Jaisa also implemented code splitting to reduce the initial bundle size and improved the performance by 30% (lighthouse) by code refactoring and all the above cases. After Embibe, Jaisa worked as a UI Engineer 2 at Moengage, where he worked on ReactJS, Redux, and JavaScript. He was responsible for building and maintaining the company's web platform. Jaisa also has a Front End Development Certification from free code camp and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Govt.
