Jaison James is a highly motivated Physical Layer Developer with over 6 years of experience in LTE/NR physical layer development. He has been involved in various projects such as NBioT, Cat-M, NR, and RX-Filter, and has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas. Jaison is passionate about understanding and learning different techniques used in Communication and is always eager to explore new technologies. He has a strong background in Electronics and Communications Engineering, having completed his Bachelor of Technology degree from Mahatma Gandhi University. Currently, Jaison is working as an R&D Senior System Structure Design Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR). In this role, he is accountable for the development of RX-RF interface Device, Rx/Tx-filter, and C-Code implementation. Prior to his current role, Jaison worked as an R&D Software Engineer at Alif Semiconductor, where he was involved in the designing of Cat-M Physical Layer (L1). He was responsible for carrying out the designing of the Communication Blocks, including Estimation, Equalization, OFDM Modulator and Demodulator, RX-RF interface Device, Rx/Tx-filter, RF Front end devices in Mat Lab, and C-Code implementation in X86 according to 3GPP Standard. Jaison's technical expertise includes Software Engineering, and he has demonstrated his proficiency in this area throughout his career. He is a quick learner, a team player, and has excellent communication skills.
