Currently working as a Web Content Developer at The Ohio State University Medical Center, he has previously held senior programming roles at Vertex Computer Systems Tekbay.com and MedSeek. At Vertex Computer Systems Tekbay.com, James served as a Senior Programmer and was responsible for leading a team of eight developers in the USA and India for all N-tier applications. He designed and implemented a web-based job search aggregator and created an internal tool to automate the collection of resumes from various subscribed sources. James also co-designed and implemented a computer adaptive web-based job applicant screening tool, preventing customers from using automation to siphon the website's resumes. At MedSeek, James served as a Senior Programmer and was assigned to strategic customer projects with aggressive schedules.
