James Ferguson is an Enterprise Content Solutions Specialist with a background in both business and coding. After being unable to complete a Computer Science degree program on time, he switched to a business degree and then pursued a coding boot camp. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and has grown a business from a spare bedroom to a 5,000 square foot warehouse. Currently, James works as an Enterprise Business Development Representative for Acrolinx, a software company that helps enterprise companies improve their content quality and consistency. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Prior to Acrolinx, James worked as a Business Development Team Lead and Representative at Briq, where he consistently exceeded his quota and coached new team members. James holds a degree in Modern Business Studies from Appalachian State University and has completed a Full Stack Web Development program at Flatiron School. With 4.77 years of relevant experience, he has a strong understanding of business development and sales in the tech industry.
