He has also designed and led repeatable technical workshops for key strategic accounts, such as Lyft, to improve developer experience and drive consumption. James has contributed to pre-sales efforts leading to successful deals by preparing bespoke demos and Proof-of-Concepts aligned to client use cases. He has directed POC development and on-boarding processes for multiple $100K+ ARR accounts to align with elasticity and fault-tolerance best practices. He has synchronized with account executives, sales reps, and PMs to engage with clients, identify use cases, and migrate mission-critical workloads. James has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
