Janaki S is a skilled software engineer with 2.78 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently working at Unacademy, she is proficient in ReactJs, Redux, ExpressJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, and JavaScript. As a Software Engineer at Unacademy, Janaki is responsible for shipping features to millions of learners and thousands of educators. Before joining Unacademy, Janaki worked as an Assistant System Engineer Trainee at TCS and as a Mobile Application Developer Intern at Benciti Technology. At Benciti, she worked on the company’s main product “Algebra on Nudge,” where she developed the Math Engine, which tracks the user’s solution at each step, provides hints based on the user’s solution till that point, and developed the User Interface that allows users to solve problems step by step as they would on paper with simple gestures. Janaki holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology, where she graduated in 2020. She also completed her high school education from DAV School Adambakkam in 2014.
