Jane D'souza is a Principal Engineer at ConnectWise with a passion for building scalable and maintainable software. With over 3 years of professional experience, she has a keen ability to solve complex problems and loves to code. Her interests lie in Data Structures and Analysis of Algorithms, which she leverages to develop innovative solutions. Currently, Jane is building a centralized Authorization Microservice for ConnectWise's Asio, a cutting-edge IT management platform. Her work involves developing and implementing solutions that enable efficient User Access Management. In her previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at ConnectWise, Jane built solutions to retire a vendor remote access tool and replace it with ConnectWise Control, which contributed to a major growth in CW revenue. She also worked as a Software Engineer, where she started as an individual contributor as a React dev and went on to guide an eight-member Scrum team as a Scrum master. She led the first-ever internship program, which laid the foundation for the organization's "Internship-to-Hire" culture. Currently, she is working on a GraphQL Microservice that facilitates remote access of endpoints. Jane holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, which she completed in 2019. She also completed her Junior College education in Computer Science from the South Indian Education Society's College of Arts Science and Commerce Sion West Mumbai 400 022 in 2015. She attended St. Anthony Girls' High School from 2001 to 2013. Jane's Tech Stack includes Microservices, Software Engineering, and Golang.
