Janeev J. is a resourceful and competent software development manager with over 15 years of experience in web, storage, project and people management, and operation excellence. He has a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, coaching, and managing performance of software engineers. Janeev is responsible for the overall systems development life cycle and execution against project plans and delivery commitments. He manages the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment and works closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Janeev is also responsible for customer engagement and product or tech road map definition. Janeev has hands-on experience with a wide variety of tools, scripting or programming languages such as RFT, Rational Robot, QTP, Load Runner, Optimize IT, JUnit, TestNG, Mavan, ANT, PERL, JAVA, Struts(2), DWR, AJAX, J2EE, .NET (VB, C#), MS Project, etc. In his free time, he enjoys being an Android/IOS developer focused on building apps for everyday problems.
