Janet is passionate about making a difference in people's lives through her work. Currently, Janet is working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Airtime, where she is responsible for hiring exceptional talent to take the company to the next level as they grow. She recently built out the Front End Development team in less than 30 days and is now hiring for several roles, including Automation QA, Product Design, Media-specific SW Engineers, and many more. Before joining Airtime, Janet worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Randstad, where she supported the Aerospace Business Segment, hiring for various roles such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Plant Operations, and more. She started in the Safety and Product Solutions group, which was a mix of Engineering, HR, and Sales roles. She was also hired to recruit tech roles at Honeywell but was furloughed due to Covid 19 and hired back in September. Janet holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and has completed her education from Paducah Tilghman High School. She has experience in Frontend and QA tech stack and has relevant experience of 15.71 years.
