He is currently working as a Documentation Coordinator at the Training and Placement Cell in GNDEC, Ludhiana. Japesh is a Senior Member of the Training and Placement Cell and has played a significant role in managing student-related activities mainly oriented to training and placements, cold calling, collecting, updating, and maintaining data of students, managing and maintaining corporate relations of the cell, and organizing and coordinating recruitment activities and other related engagements on campus. Japesh has also worked as an Associate Software Developer at Venturepact, where he built a web app using MERN Stack, built a DAPP on Ethereum Blockchain, wrote smart contracts on the Polygon network, and handled frontend bugs in jQuery and JS. Japesh is passionate about customer experience and product quality and is willing to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods, and processes. He is highly enthusiastic about learning and building creative out-of-the-box products. Japesh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from GNDEC and a High School Diploma in Computer Engineering from Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training. He also holds a Matriculation degree from GRD Academy.
