Jared Harbison is a collaborative and innovative Full Stack Software Engineer with years of leadership, customer-facing, and project management roles. Prior to this, he worked at J.Crew as a Store Director and Associate Store Manager, where he achieved #1 increase to plan and last year sales in the NYC region through 2018. He successfully launched the full Madewell store in J.Crew store, the first of its kind within the umbrella brand. Jared also improved morale through team-made satisfaction surveys, increasing the score by 20% in one year. Jared has also worked as a Store Manager at Anthropologie, where he mentored and developed six managers into store management level positions across the market. He developed community ties through local businesses, media sources, and non-profit groups, and achieved record-breaking sales while relocating a store in Q4'09 after 15 years of business. Jared holds a degree in Full Stack Web Development and Software Engineering Immersive from Flatiron School.
