Jarrod Blanton is a Senior Fullstack Developer at Floor & Decor, with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a recent Computer Science graduate from Georgia Tech, and is constantly striving to improve his skills and become the most well-rounded and marketable web developer possible. Jarrod is passionate about every aspect of development, and thoroughly enjoys the process of learning new skills. When he's not practicing development, he enjoys composing music. In his current role at Floor & Decor, Jarrod is responsible for assisting in development as part of the Omni-channel team. He works on creating applications that improve the company's performance or the customer's experience. In the past, Jarrod has worked at Recursion Productions LLC as a Full Stack Developer. Under the guidance of the CTO, he gained invaluable experience and knowledge about the development of web applications. As an active Full Stack Developer, he uses his knowledge of Javascript, Angular, NodeJS, and a myriad of other languages and frameworks to assist with the development and improvement of applications that Recursion regularly uses. These include CookieCutter, a program that uses Angular and NodeJS to edit recorded VoD's and then automating the uploading process to YouTube. Jarrod holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, which he completed in 2017. His technical skills include Web, NodeJS, AngularJS, Javascript, and Senior Software Engineer. With his diverse experience and passion for development, Jarrod is a valuable asset to any team.
