Jasdeep Madan is a Lead Engineer/Team Lead at Brighte with over 15 years of experience in managing and developing software solutions. He has led teams of various sizes and has successfully delivered solutions while liaising with key stakeholders to determine requirements. Jasdeep is well versed in Agile methodologies like Extreme Programming and is passionate about mentoring others, solving problems, and building software in an agile way. Jasdeep is always open to learning new ideas, technologies, and processes that can improve the software he builds. He codes in Nodejs and C# and is currently exploring Machine Learning. Prior to joining Brighte, Jasdeep worked as a Lead Engineer at Playground XYZ and as a Project Manager/Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks. Jasdeep holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Delhi University. He attended Guru Harkrishan Public School, India Gate, New Delhi, for his secondary education. Jasdeep's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, NodeJS, and ML.
