Jashan Mahadevu is an accomplished Associate Manager at Ather Energy with over 9 years of experience in the field of testing and infrastructure development. He currently manages battery and BMS testing with a team of 2 staff members, starting from eVT and DVT plan development, test automation code design, execution till test data analysis. Jashan ensures that there are no bugs in the design and the products meet the highest quality standards. Jashan has previously worked as a Senior Hardware Test Engineer and Hardware Design Engineer at Ather Energy. In his role as a Senior Hardware Test Engineer, he developed DVT plans, test code automation using labVIEW, test infrastructure development, execution and analyzed test results for charger and BMS sub-systems. He also developed and validated EOL testers for charger, Battery, BMS, and dashboard. As a Hardware Design Engineer, Jashan worked on dashboard unit design - IMU, Boost converter, EMI/EMC, and also worked on microcontroller code for the dashboard. He designed and developed an android application for the proto Vehicle. Jashan holds an Engineer’s Degree in ECE from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur. He is proficient in various technologies such as test, SDET, infra, and Android. Jashan’s expertise in testing and infrastructure development has helped him excel in his career, and he is highly respected in the industry.
