Currently, she is serving as the AVP, Business Operations and Educator Experience at Unacademy, a leading edtech platform in India. Jasleen has a diverse background, having worked with some of the top companies in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industry. Jasleen's expertise lies in driving growth and operational excellence in consumer internet and edtech businesses. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and delivering results. Prior to joining Unacademy, Jasleen worked with Uber, where she held several key positions, including Head of Trust & Safety India South Asia and Head of Restaurant Operations & Community India South Asia. During her tenure at Uber, Jasleen played a crucial role in building a safer and more reliable platform for riders and drivers across the region. She also championed the cause of restaurant community partners, driving higher revenue and customer satisfaction through product and process changes. Before Uber, Jasleen worked with The Chernin Group and InMobi, where she gained valuable experience in the media and mobile advertising space. Jasleen is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), where she completed her MBA with dual majors in Finance and Marketing. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Thapar University, specializing in Electronics (Instrumentation and Control). Jasleen is a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and innovation.
