Jasleen Kaur is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Computer Engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Concordia University. Jasleen has a demonstrated history of working in the software industry, with over 3.95 years of relevant experience. She is skilled in multiple programming languages, including Java, C/C++, SQL, JavaScript, Python, HTML, and CSS. She is also proficient in various frameworks such as Springboot, Hibernate, and Node.js, and developer tools like Git, Docker, RabbitMq, Visual Studio, IntelliJ, and Eclipse. Additionally, she has experience working with Clouds like AWS and Azure. Currently, Jasleen is working as a Software Engineer at Airtel Xlabs, where she has designed and developed a Springboot microservice architecture aimed at building an omnichannel experience for users and allowing multi-product acquisition. She has also integrated the complete fulfillment cycle from the creation of leads to final client acquisition to ensure low latency. Jasleen has designed and integrated a generic framework of syncing and storing data for various stages of the cart between different systems using Apache Freemarker template engine over distributed systems. She has reduced the average CAF time by building a common KYC framework between downstream systems and maintained the backend of Broadband application, which has requests in the order of 100,000 per month. Jasleen was the sole developer of the HummingBird project, which aims at the complete engineering transformation of the fixed line business support system application stack, and successfully launched it in various circles. Previously, Jasleen worked as a Product Development Intern at Adobe, where she worked on Ethos OrCA, which provides software as an Infrastructure. She migrated the Live Edit Service project to Adobe’s in-house cloud layer called Ethos Azure, the multi-tenant (Platform as a Service) environment, which had the complete infrastructure managed by cluster operators. She also analyzed solutions and integrated software load-balancer supporting persistence customization and implemented the Gossip Protocol for the service nodes.
