Jasmeet Bhatia is a highly experienced business leader and P&L owner with a strong background in marketing and strategy. Currently, he holds the position of General Manager for IMPACT by Honeywell, where he is responsible for setting up a new business from scratch. He will be building a new team, setting up a new office, and driving innovation to lead incremental growth for Honeywell in India and beyond. Before joining Honeywell in 2013, Jasmeet worked as a business consultant for close to six years at KPMG Management Consulting. During this time, he successfully delivered over 30 projects across a wide array of consulting solutions, including market entry strategy, business planning, financial modeling, project management, and business transformation. His consulting experience spans across industries like infrastructure and logistics, oil and gas, ports, shipping, telecom, banking, and education. Within Honeywell, Jasmeet has managed multiple roles involving all aspects of marketing, including product marketing, channel marketing, strategic marketing, and pricing. In his previous role, he led a team of 20 experienced marketers in a high-growth region of India/South Asia, owned revenue and gross margin of a large SBU, and managed 15+ brands. He has also held the position of Head of Strategy & Marketing at Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) and Honeywell Security & Fire (HSF), where he was responsible for driving profitable above-market growth by implementing strategic and tactical marketing programs. Jasmeet holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, with a focus on finance, marketing, and strategy. He also has a BEngg in Electronics & Telecom from the University of Mumbai. His tech stack includes infra, and he has 17.46 years of relevant experience. In his current role, Jasmeet is known for his innovative approach with customers and creating new "make market" solutions, leading a team of innovators, product and customer marketers, hardware and software engineers, project and distribution sales teams, technical support, and supply chain experts.
