Currently, Jasmeet works as a Senior Software Engineer at nference, where he continues to hone his skills and contribute to the development of software applications for customers developing technology of tomorrow. Prior to this, he worked as an R&D Engineer II (Software Developer) at Ansys, where he collaborated with senior engineers to produce efficient, maintainable, and modular production code for scientific algorithms and user interfaces. During his time at UBC, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, where he created a surface mesh generation application that generates an anisotropic and quad-dominant mesh. This application supplements the existing mesh generation code GRUMMP developed at Advanced Numerical Simulations Lab (ANSLAB), UBC.
