With almost 13 years of relevant experience, Jasmine is responsible for managing Intercom's core positioning and go-to-market strategy for their platform technologies, including their app ecosystem, Messenger, and data platform. Prior to her current role, Jasmine served as Senior Product Marketing Manager for Developer Platform at Intercom. In this role, she managed the go-to-market strategy for Intercom's developer platform, defining the position, marketing, and long-term strategy of their APIs, integrations, and partner programs. Jasmine is also a San Francisco Ambassador for Product Marketing Alliance, a collective of passionate product marketing managers committed to driving demand, adoption, and the overall success of their products.
