Jason's efforts were recognized with several awards, including the Company-wide Values In Action award for "Stay Curious" for his work during 2020. Before joining AbleTo, Jason was the Vice President of Product Engineering and Product Strategy at SteadyServ Technologies, where he managed the development lifecycle, prioritized features, set the roadmap for feature availability, and managed the engineering team. He communicated extensively with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry experts to shape the direction of the product. Jason also defined how the product was built, including managing the engineering and data visualization teams, setting the development process, and defining the architectural needs.
