Jason Burnfield is a highly experienced Principal RF and Microwave Test Engineer with over 32 years of relevant experience in the field. Before joining Ivy Tech, Jason has worked with various organizations such as IU Clinical Optometry Research Lab and SAIC. At IU Clinical Optometry Research Lab, he worked as a part-time lab staff and technical writer and editor. At SAIC, he worked as a Principal RF and Microwave Test Engineer. During his tenure at these organizations, he was responsible for developing and implementing test plans, designing and testing RF and microwave components, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Letourneau University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He has also completed several certification courses in SDET and Test. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the field, Jason has become a subject matter expert in RF and Microwave engineering. He has a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations and is skilled in designing and testing RF and microwave components.
