Jason Dmello is a Senior Python Developer at Eclat Engineering with over 8 years of relevant experience in the field. He is a skilled Senior Data Scientist with approximately 4 years of experience working in the Energy Domain, where he has dealt with clients to break down information, gather relevant points and solve advanced business problems. He is proficient in predictive modeling, data mining and hypothetical testing. Currently, Jason is developing a recommendation engine for journals and articles at Eclat Engineering. In his previous role at Exactspace, he was an early employee and wrote numerous modules for the product Pulse from scratch. He also converted three Exploratory Data Analysis projects into paid PoCs from clients, deployed the product at more than 10 sites with stringent deadlines and exceptional quality, and ensured customer satisfaction after deployment with relentless, time-bound upgrades. Additionally, he conducted numerous interviews and mentored over 15 new employees. Before joining the tech industry, Jason was the Head of Department for Mechanical Engineering at Muchhala Polytechnic. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the academic development of 360 students and handling a team of 14 teaching faculty and 6 non-teaching faculty. Jason has a Master's degree in Mechanical Design from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and A Levels in Science from the University of Cambridge.
