Jason Radisson is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in the logistics and warehouse industry. As the Founder and CEO of sh1ft inc., he is on a mission to revolutionize employment and career advancement for workers in this sector. His vision is to create a platform that matches workers with suitable shifts using algorithms, while providing them with full benefits and W2 employee status from day one. Prior to founding sh1ft inc., Jason was the CEO of TriForce, a leading supplier of warehouse, logistics, and assembly labor in Minnesota. He successfully acquired TriForce in January 2020 to complement sh1ft's mission and offering. Before that, he was an Investor and Growth Advisor at Rappi, where he helped to scale the business and set up the COO organization, central ops, and country/regional ops. He also played a key role in the setup of the Global Growth & Brand Management organization, serving as the Interim Chief Growth Officer. Jason's educational background is equally impressive. He holds a degree in Leading Change & Organizational Renewal from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he completed an intensive program in organizational behavior, leadership, and change management. He was also a Fulbright Scholar to Germany, where he pursued graduate studies in economics and applied math at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. He has also completed graduate studies in economics at Harvard University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science, German, and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
