He is currently the Managing Director at RedOptima, where he leads a team of outstanding software engineers, data scientists, and physicists to develop a market-leading road infrastructure data analytics and physical modelling platform. Jason is a seasoned software-related programme manager with a successful track record in the structuring and management of offshore software development organizations involving complex software systems such as front office trading systems and operational automation technology. Jason has a deep experience of software-related programme management from a technical and managerial perspective. He is educated at a leading technology entrepreneurship-focused business school, which provides him with an impressive capability to bring software products to the market. He specializes in market identification and exploitation, software product commercialization, project scoping and costing, full software development lifecycle planning and execution, developer recruitment and contract negotiation, team building and motivation, financial control of projects/businesses/business units, customer and stakeholder management, management of third-party vendors, and management of offshore development resources. Prior to joining RedOptima, Jason worked as the EMEA Front Office Technology Manager and Investment Project Manager at JP Morgan Asset Management. He managed the rollout of global money market trading platforms and global portfolio management, trading, and settlement platforms to various divisions of JP Morgan Asset Management. Jason also managed the process of devising an optimal operating model for the Brazilian business on the global investment platform while minimizing change to international order flows to the Brazilian market on the platform. Jason has a PhD candidate degree in Information Systems from the University of Cambridge and a degree from the University of Sydney. He has relevant experience in software engineering, machine learning, research science, and infrastructure.
