He is a Lean Six Sigma certified professional with a strong background in test management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products in various domains such as education, medical, mobile applications, banking and finance, retail, sale, immigration, security, and publishing. Jaspinder has extensive experience in team management, manual testing, mobile app testing, DWH testing, automation testing, BI testing, webservices/API testing, performance testing, UI testing, and functional testing. He is proficient in using various bug reporting tools such as JIRA, QC, Bugzilla, and TFS, as well as automation tools like APPIUM, QTP, Selenium, SoapUI, and Postman. He also has expertise in using test case management tools like Testlink, QC, TFS, Zephyr, and X-Ray [JIRA], and unit testing tools like csUnit and nUnit. Jaspinder is skilled in various technologies such as Java, C, C++, C#, and databases like MySQL, DynamoDB, SQL server, and MongoDB. Currently, Jaspinder is working as a QA & Release Manager at Skill-Up Technologies, where he is responsible for managing the QA team, ensuring product quality, and delivering products on time. Prior to this, he has worked as a Project Test Lead at Wipro and a QA Manager at Firminiq, where he was responsible for mentoring and guiding the QA team, enhancing their skill set, and building strong work ethics. Jaspinder holds a B.Tech degree in Computers Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education, Bihar.
