Jaspreet Singh is a former software engineer turned stand-up comedian with a passion for making people laugh. With over 450 live performances under his belt, Jaspreet has entertained more than 10,000 people in India, Australia, UK, and UAE. He has performed at some of the most renowned corporates like OLX, Samsung, Adidas, Amdocs, and colleges like IIT, NIT, BITS, and DU. Jaspreet's journey from software engineering to stand-up comedy began after his back-to-back viral videos on YouTube, garnering over 50 million views. He realized that killing on stage and making audiences laugh at a comedy club, corporate, or college gig was his true calling. He is currently an independent stand-up comedian with a designation of Standup Comedian. Before pursuing his passion for comedy, Jaspreet worked as a Senior Associate at Sapient and a Software Engineer at Samsung. At Samsung, he worked on the build and release management and the underlying tools used during the complete lifecycle of software releases. His expertise includes J2SE, C, J2EE (Struts 1.3), MySQL, Oracle, Eclipse, Dreamweaver, Rational Application Developer, Perforce, Git, Quickbuild, Jenkins/Hudson, Shell, groovy, and Opengrok.
