Jasraj Rajpurohit is an enthusiastic machine vision professional with over 3 years of demonstrated experience in designing and developing vision solutions for various industries such as pharma, distillery, beverage, textile, and automobile. With first-hand experience of industrial projects spread across the world, he aims at achieving 100% client satisfaction. Currently working as a Research Engineer - Image Processing at Jekson Vision, Jasraj is responsible for developing image processing algorithms, designing and developing new vision systems, and doing research on new vision applications. He also creates technical content required for the documentation related to the algorithm and software and is involved in technical discussions regarding requirements, implementation of best methodologies, platform for development, and support methodology. Jasraj is proficient in C++ and Python and has experience working closely with the design team and embedded team in the aspects of hardware integration. He provides estimation and timely implementation of requirements by developing a modular, scalable, and high-performance code. Jasraj also assists and mentors junior software engineers/team members for requirements adherence, robustness, usability, reliability, and performance. He works closely with the testing team and solution team and evaluates machine vision cameras, optics, and lights. Prior to Jekson Vision, Jasraj worked as a Software Development Engineer at Maharshi Group where he developed image processing algorithms and vision solutions such as Label Inspection System, Glass Bottle Inspection Machine, Filled Bottle Inspection Machine, Tablet Inspection System, Blister Inspection system, Track & Trace System, Bulk 2D Inspection System, and more. He also worked on MODBUS, RS232, and TCP/IP communication protocols, SQL and MYSQL database management, and electronic circuits design and custom lights design. Jasraj also worked in coordination with the design team for the implementation of the project and created technical content required for the documentation related to the software and hardware. Jasraj holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He also completed his HSC in Science Mathematics from Apex International School Sanchore.
