Jatin Mendiratta is a seasoned Product Operations Manager with over 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation. Currently, he is working with Airtel Business as Manager, Product Operations & Digital Transformation. In this role, he is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and driving product operations for the company. Jatin started his career with Airtel Business as an Assistant Manager, Product Operations, where he played a key role in the digitization and business transformation of the company. He has also worked as a Young Leader - Management Trainee, Sales, where he gained experience in direct and indirect sales. During this stint, he worked on several projects, including developing deeper industry knowledge of GICs/R&Ds, creating an enticing pitch for clients of partner co-working spaces, and analyzing the future of A2P Messaging Business with respect to OTT chat messaging and RCS. Jatin has also undergone technical training in service account management, service delivery, billing & collection functions, and has worked on several projects related to customer communication & updates strategy, Go-to-market planning, and migration strategy.
