Jatin Patro is a highly motivated and technology-driven Sr. DevOps Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at SAP Ariba, where he is responsible for building OS images using Packer, Terraforming GCP/ESX instances, configuring hosts in Ansible, Python with Jenkins Pipeline and GIT, for deploying Ariba products on cloud VM as well as in container (Docker) over Kubernetes (GKE). Jatin is also involved in developing tools in (JAVA, Python, Go, Perl) for product deployment and patching tools code. He uses Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring the app VMS metrices. Jatin has previously worked with Vodafone as a Deputy Manager, where he worked as a Design Engineer using skills such as Python, Java, Ansible, Linux (Syslog, Tcpdump, Firewall/Iptables), Machine Learning, AI, and Docker to implement ScienceLogic and LayerX for CISCO UC APPS. He also designed and developed a set of tools and frameworks to automate as well as deployment of the infrastructure. At Nokia, Jatin worked as a Technical Lead. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from Jagannath Institute for Technology & Management, Odisha. He is passionate about learning and tries to imbibe something new daily. He believes that a day is wasted if he does not learn something new.
