Javed Sayyed is an experienced Data Scientist with expertise in AI, ML, DL, and Analytics. With over 14 years of experience, Javed has worked in both Data Science and Data Management roles. He is currently working as a Data Scientist/Sr. Technical Specialist at Zensar. Javed has hands-on experience with deep learning algorithms such as Deep Neural network, RNN, LSTM, BERT, and knowledge of transformer & sequence to sequence models. He has also worked extensively on NLP and developed root cause identification models and email classification models using BERT and Neural Network. Javed has expertise in time series predictive models using Holt's winter, Arima, S-Arima algorithms, and LSTM based time series models for cost-saving and generating value for businesses. Javed is proficient in Machine Learning classification algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, and KNN. He possesses strong analytical, solid work ethics, effective communication, innovative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. In his previous role at _vois, Javed deployed a recommendation engine to production to conditionally recommend SIP products based on historical behavior of customers, increasing average order size by 7%. He also developed and implemented various time series forecasting techniques for different markets like Germany, Spain, to predict the number of incoming tickets for vendor management and thus helped the local markets to manage the resources. Javed has also provided solutions and strategy to business challenges to ensure optimum company progression. Javed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Zenith Institute of Business Management.
