Javier Alvarez is a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with over 11 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is working with Nevada State Board of Cosmetology as a Senior Developer where he is responsible for leading teams, implementing agile methodologies, and full-stack Web and Mobile development.
