Jay Jayswal is a seasoned IT professional with a passion for finding simple and effective solutions to complex problems that have a significant business impact. With over 6 years of relevant experience in the industry, he has worked on various IT fields and programming languages, which has enabled him to view the bigger picture and understand the overall architecture of any product. Currently, Jay is working as the VP of Easebuzz Capital and Infrastructure at Easebuzz, where he is responsible for building and managing a robust and auto-scalable infrastructure. He has built a PCI-DSS certified architecture from scratch on AWS and set up a DWH solution using Kafka and Greenplum with live analytics. He is also working on OpenCV and Scikit-learn and has integrated a fraud detection model on the payment gateway. In his previous roles at Easebuzz, Jay served as a Solution Architect and Tech Lead, where he led a team of 8-10 employees and made many architecture and solution decisions. He was responsible for building a system that could handle 17000 transactions per minute with a 2% error rate and defining business rules and logic and building an implementation plan for the same. Jay has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He has a diverse tech stack that includes AWS, ETL, Elastic Search, Kafka, Javascript, MySQL, Python, Django, Kotlin, Neo4j, OpenCV, Scikit, PHP, Mobile, and Backend. Jay is a self-motivated individual who strives to improve himself and his knowledge of the tech industry on a daily basis. He is a Senior Software Engineer with a wealth of experience in infrastructure, testing, and software engineering.
