Jay Shah is a highly motivated and reliable individual with problem-solving skills who is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Computing from the University of Windsor, Canada. He is interested in a career as a software engineer because it allows him to utilize his technical skills, communication skills, as well as critical thinking abilities in order to produce robust software products. During his Bachelor's at Ahmedabad University, Jay became familiar with several programming languages, including Python, JavaScript, Java, C, and C++, due to which he was able to apply those skills to the projects he accomplished during his Bachelor. He has experience working with web technologies such as HTML (HTML5), CSS (CSS3), JavaScript (JS), ES6, JavaScript Libraries, and web frameworks such as Flask, Fast-API, Express-JS, React-JS, Node-JS, Redux, and Tailwind CSS. Jay has experience working with SDE methodologies such as Agile Development (SCRUM), Spiral, and Iterative Model, and database systems such as My-SQL, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, and Mongo-DB. He is also proficient in code versioning/project management tools such as GIT Version Control and JIRA. Additionally, Jay has experience with data analytics and data visualization using Python Libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly. Currently, Jay is working as a Data Analyst Intern at Yoga Bar (Sprout Life Foods). He has previously worked as a Software Developer at Crio.do and as a Full-stack Developer at Coursesaround. Jay's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Ahmedabad University and a current pursuit of a Master of Applied Computing from the University of Windsor. He has also completed his Science degree from AG High School. Overall, Jay is a skilled software engineer with relevant experience of 2.03 years.
