Jay Unwin is an international speaker, consultant, and mental and physical fitness and wellbeing expert. He is also a speaker coach and currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology. Jay believes that effective wellbeing provision must engage, educate, and support individuals, and he partners with individuals and organizations to deliver training and workshops on various wellbeing topics. As a professional speaker, Jay has experience speaking to audiences of any size, inspiring and educating them to level up their habits and lifestyle, boost their mental and physical fitness, and improve productivity, morale, and overall quality of life. Some of his previous speaking and workshop clients include the RAC, Frontier Economics, Christian Aid, University of Southampton, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Elsevier, South Devon College, Wealthify, Nick Elston's 'Speaking Academy,' and Brad Burton's 'Now What? Live.' In addition to his speaking and consulting work, Jay also serves as a speaking coach, helping aspiring speakers to position, prepare, and present their stories in a powerful and engaging way through his comprehensive and inclusive three-month group coaching program, GETAMPED. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southampton, a PGCE in Secondary Biology from the University of Exeter, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology from the University of Plymouth. He has 11.86 years of relevant experience and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations improve their overall wellbeing and productivity.
