Prior to Paytm, Jaya worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Broctagon Fintech Group, a product-based IT organization that develops end-to-end trading platforms and provides brokerage solutions. At Broctagon Fintech Group, Jaya was involved in end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment, sourcing and screening, conducting interviews, onboarding, induction processes, documentation, background verification, and employee engagement. Jaya holds a PGDM in Human Resources Development from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in B.com (P) from Delhi University.
