She has held several leadership positions in her career, including Chair of Product and Design at ghci2020 and Chair of Tech for Social Good and Product and Design at ghci. Jaya has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, gaining extensive experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Web, infra, test, Javascript, Microservices, ui, Jenkins, Search, Integration, and Backend. Jaya's educational background includes a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajasthan University.
