Jayachandran Arulraj is a highly experienced engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions in high technology environments. He has a proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing product development teams with distributed skill sets and creating successful products that drive revenue. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Azuga Telematics, where he is responsible for leading the engineering team and driving product innovation. Prior to his current role, Jayachandran has held senior leadership positions at Synup and Gainsight, where he reengineered the Synup platform for scale and consolidated the infrastructure and set up the BLR division for Gainsight Engineering and grew the team to ~45+ diverse world-class engineers across all engineering functions. He has experience working in both enterprise and start-up environments, and his expertise lies in delivering software solutions that meet business needs. Jayachandran holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Loyola College. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in infra and senior software engineering.
