Jayan Jacob Meledom is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in various industries. He is currently serving as an Advisor in the Department of Food Technology at Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottukulam Hills, Pathamuttam P.O., Kottayam 686532. Jayan has founded and served as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of ActiveLogica Lifescience Innovations Private Limited, a human-centric technology company that provides automation solutions to the health and fitness industry through cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Wearable Technology. ActiveLogica is currently incubated in KSDIC –BIC, InfoPark, Cochin, and has been recognized by the Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion under Startup India Program and qualified for Microsoft BizSpark Startup program. Prior to ActiveLogica, Jayan held the position of Sr Vice President - Asia Operations at Elephant Cashew Company, where he was responsible for the development of a cashew nut processing operation in African countries. His role involved conducting trials and feasibility studies, constructing processing plants to shell, peel, and grade cashew nuts for export to the USA and European markets, and developing the supply chain from the grower upwards. Jayan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University and an EPBM in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He also completed his schooling from Fatima Matha E M H S and Nirmala College Muvattupuzha. Jayan's expertise lies in Machine Learning, and he has been associated with various industries, including healthcare, wellness, and life science sectors. He is passionate about serving humanity through technology and has been recognized for his contributions to the industry.
