Jayan Reghu is a Senior Consultant and Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Services, DevOps, and Microsoft Azure. He has exceptional analytical skills and proven team leading skills, which enable him to perform above expectations in challenging situations. Jayan has directed end-to-end process management, led teams for custom designing IT solutions, and supported end-users while developing technical staff to achieve performance objectives. Jayan is proficient in implementing the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) programs and strategies to improve work practices and processes within Implementations, Product Support, and Service delivery. Currently, he is working as a Microsoft Certified Technical Lead-DevOps in H&R Block GTC Pvt Ltd, Technopark, Trivandrum, where he supports TCX & TXO applications used by people in the United States for tax filing. He manages the migration process of different builds, patches, fixes, and other add-ons across development, staging, QA, and production environments via CI/CD pipelines. Jayan is responsible for the servers and ensures 100% uptime of applications, reliability, integrity, security, and performance. Jayan has received numerous appreciations for handling the migration activities as well as peak monitoring during tax season 2018-19 with record-breaking e-file count & revenue. He has been bestowed with a Certificate of Excellence for managing the team for the successful Knowledge Transfer from UST team in a short span and supporting major activities during the peak tax season. Jayan has worked with IBS Software as an ITIL®V3 Foundation Certified Technical Lead and with Flytxt as an ITIL®V3 Foundation Certified Senior Operations Engineer. At IBS Software, he worked on iFly Res, the next-generation Airline Passenger Services System, providing a viable, practical migration alternative to commercial airlines from the current generation legacy applications. At Flytxt, Jayan worked on the Neon campaign management platform, where he provided support in L1/L2 level depending on the priority of the issues. Jayan holds an Engineer's Degree from the University of Kerala and a B-Tech in IT from Mar Baselios College of Engineering & Technology. He is proficient in DevOps, SRE, Azure, QA, Infra, CI/CD, Web, SQL, Big Data, Frontend, and Backend.
